持续低流量吸氧对急性心肌梗死患者的炎症反应状态、心功能及预后影响

Effect of Continuous Low-flow Oxygen Inhalation on Inflammatory Response Status, Cardiac Function and Prognosis in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的:探讨持续低流量吸氧对急性心肌梗死患者的炎症反应状态、心功能及预后影响。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年3月医院收治的258例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各129例。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采取持续低流量吸氧治疗。比较两组炎症因子水平、心功能及预后情况。结果:治疗后,观察组IL-6、CRP、TNF-ɑ水平均明显低于对照组(t=11.492、14.253、11.949,P=0.000、0.000、0.000);观察组LVEF均明显高于对照组,LVEDD、LVPWD、IVSd明显低于对照组(t=5.924、2.305、10.164、9.666,P=0.000、0.024、0.000、0.000);观察组病死率、心血管事件发生率均明显低于对照组(χ^2=5.640、5.590,P=0.017、0.018)。结论:持续低流量吸氧能够明显改善急性心肌梗死患者的炎症反应症状、心功能及预后,值得应用。

Objective:To investigate the effects of continuous low-flow oxygen inhalation on inflammatory response status,cardiac function and prognosis in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Method:A total of 258 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the study subjects.Patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,129 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received continuous low-flow oxygen inhalation on the basis of the control group.The inflammatory factor levels,cardiac function and prognosis between the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the levels of IL-6,CRP and TNF-ɑin the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(t=11.492,14.253,11.949,P=0.000,0.000,0.000).LVEF in the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,and LVEDD,LVPWD,IVSd were significantly lower than those of the control group(t=5.924,2.305,10.164,9.666,P=0.000,0.024,0.000,0.000).The mortality and incidence of cardiovascular events in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(χ^2=5.640,5.590,P=0.017,0.018).Conclusion:Continuous low-flow oxygen inhalation can significantly improve status of inflammatory response,cardiac function and prognosis in patients with acute myocardial infarction,and is worthy of application.
