凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片在婴儿湿疹中的应用

Application of Live Bacillus Coagulans Tablets in the Treatment of Infantile Eczema

目的:观察凝结芽孢杆菌治疗婴儿湿疹的临床效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院住院治疗的湿疹患儿,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组给予曲安奈德益康唑乳膏外涂,观察组在对照组基础上加用凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片口服治疗。观察两组临床疗效及复发率。结果:观察组总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.5820,P=0.0007)。观察组2个月后复发率为15.00%,低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口服凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片治疗婴儿湿疹具有较好的临床效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Live Bacillus Coagulans Tablets,Live on infantile eczema.Method:Children with eczema admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of treatment,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Triamcinolone Acetonide and Econazole Nitrate Cream,and the observation group was treated with Live Bacillus coagulans Tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of the two groups were observed.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=11.5820,P=0.0007).The recurrence rate was 15.00%in the observation group 2 months later,which was lower than 30.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The oral administration of Live Bacillus coagulans Tablets for the treatment of infantile eczema has a good clinical efficacy and is worthy of clinical application.
