改良“八”字形手术体位在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用效果探讨

Exploration on the Effect of Improved “Eight” Shape Operation Position in Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

目的:分析改良“八”字形手术体位在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用效果。方法:本次研究阶段为2018年1月-2019年12月笔者所在医院接受妇科腹腔镜手术患者80例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。试验组采用改良手术体位,对照组采用传统截石位,比较两组护士摆放手术体位所需时间、并发症发生率。结果:试验组护士摆放手术体位所需时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对接受妇科腹腔镜手术患者采用改良“八”字形手术体位可缩短护士摆放手术体位所需时间,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of modified“eight”shape operation position in gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Method:In this study,80 patients who underwent gynecologic laparoscopic surgery in the hospital from January 20 to December 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group used a modified surgical position,and the control group used a traditional lithotomy position to compare the time required for the placement of the surgical position and the incidence of complications in the two groups of nurses.Result:The time required for the nurses in the experimental group to position the surgical position was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of modified“eight”shape surgery position for patients undergoing gynecologic laparoscopic surgery can shorten the time required for nurses to place the surgical position,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the doctors’satisfaction with the surgical field.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
