摘要
速溶茶是国际上一种重要的茶叶深加工产品,对解决上游中低档茶出路、促进茶产业可持续发展和满足人们健康需求都具有重要意义。文章概述了速溶茶发展历程和产业现状,分析当前国内速溶茶产业存在的问题及面临的机遇与挑战,提出了今后的主要发展趋势和技术创新需求,为我国速溶茶产业的创新发展和相关企业的转型升级提供一定的指导与借鉴作用。
Instant tea is an important international tea deep-processing product,which is of great importance for solving the upstream and low-end tea outlets,promoting the sustainable development of the tea industry,and meeting people's health needs.This paper summarized the development process and current status of the instant tea industry,analyzed the current domestic instant tea industry's existing problems and its opportunities and challenges,and proposed the main development trends and technological innovation needs in the future.In oder to provide some guidance and reference for the innovative development of China's instant tea industry and the transformation and upgrading of related enterprises.
