摘要
茶饮料是我国饮料行业中的一个重要的产品类别,近年来发展迅速、变化巨大,每年茶饮料的生产以及其他茶叶精深加工过程产生了大量茶渣,既增加环境负荷又造成生物资源的巨大浪费。文章介绍了茶渣的主要有效成分及其提取方法,进一步梳理了茶渣在养殖动物饲料、农业堆肥以及在环保吸附、活性炭开发应用方面的研究进展,并对茶废弃物综合开发利用趋势进行了展望。
Tea beverage,an important product category in China's beverage industry,has developed rapidly and changed greatly in recent years.The production of tea beverage and other tea comprehensive processing produce a large amount of tea residue,which increases the environmental load and causes huge waste of biological resources.This paper introduced the main active ingredients and extraction methods of tea residue,and further summarized the research progress of tea residue in farm animal feeding,agricultural composting,environmental adsorption,and activated carbon development and application.In addition,the prospect of comprehensive development and utilization trend of tea waste was analyzed.
