茶黄素药理功效及分离纯化研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 茶黄素为红茶重要的品质因子,对茶汤的口感滋味及品质功效有着十分重要的贡献,现已成为红茶品质高低的象征。茶黄素具有抗氧化、降低心脑血管疾病、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、调节免疫细胞功能、抗流感病毒及HIV病毒等独特的作用。精制富集纯化茶黄素成为红茶深加工领域研究的热点。文章就近年来茶黄素的药理功效及分离纯化研究现状作总结与展望。 Theaflavins are important quality factors of black tea,and have a very important contribution to the taste and quality of tea soup.They have now become a symbol of the quality of black tea.Theaflavins have unique effects such as anti-oxidation,reduction of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,induction of tumor cell apoptosis,regulation of immune cell function,anti-influenza virus and HIV virus.Therefore,refined enrichment and purification theaflavins have become a hotspot in the field of deep processing of black tea.This paper summarized and prospected the pharmacological effect,the research status of separation and purification of theaflavins in recent years.
