摘要
为解决单电机驱动电动汽车动力性和经济性不能同时兼备的不足,设计开发了双轴双电机驱动电动汽车。针对双轴驱动电动汽车动力构型的特点,开发一款基于MC9S12XEP100单片机为控制核心的整车控制系统。在分析整车控制器功能需求的基础上,设计了整车控制器的硬件电路,开发了整车控制软件。实车测试结果为0~30 km/h加速时间为3.25 s,0~50 km/h加速时间为6.5 s,最高车速可以大于100 km/h。实车测试表明所开发的整车控制器达到了设计指标的要求。
To deal with the deficiency that the power and economical efficiency of the single⁃motor⁃driven electric vehicle could not be satisfied both,a dual⁃axis dual⁃motor⁃driven electric vehicle is designed and developed.According to the power configuration characteristics of the dual⁃axle dual⁃motor⁃driven electric vehicle,a vehicle control system with MC9S12XEP100 microcontroller as the control core is developed.Based on the analysis of the functional requirements of the vehicle control unit,the hardware circuit of the vehicle control unit is designed and the vehicle control software is developed.The results of real vehicle test show that when the speed is in the range of 0~30 km/h,the acceleration time is 3.25 s;when the speed is in the range of 0~50 km/h,the acceleration time is 6.5 s;the maximum speed can be greater than 100 km/h.The real vehicle test show that the vehicle control unit developed meets the requirements of design indicators.
