基于“三链融合”的黑龙江省粮食产业供给侧结构性改革研究

Supply Side Structural Reform of the Grain Industry in Heilongjiang Province Based on Three Chain Integration

粮食供给侧改革是农业供给侧结构改革的重要内容,产业链、创新链及价值链“三链融合”是粮食产业供给侧结构性改革的新引擎。黑龙江省粮食产业链条短,创新链发展不充分,处于价值链低端。为解决黑龙江省粮食产业发展中存在的问题,对“三链融合”与粮食产业供给侧改革的关联性进行分析,并提出延伸粮食产业链、优化创新链及持续提升价值链等推进粮食产业供给侧改革的对策建议。

Grain supply side reform is an important part of agricultural supply side structural reform.The"three chain integration"of industrial chain,innovation chain and value chain is the new engine of grain supply side structural reform.The grain industry chain of Heilongjiang province is short,the innovation chain is not fully developed,and the industry is at the low end of the value chain.In order to solve the problems existing in the development of the industry in the province,this paper analyzes the relationship between the"three chain integration"and the supply side reform of grain industry,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the reform,such as extending the grain industry chain,optimizing the innovation chain and continuously improving the value chain.
