“一带一路”倡议下泉州跨境电商发展的现状与策略研究

The Development of Cross-border E-commerce under the Background of the Belt and Road Initiative and the Strategy

“一带一路”倡议的实施为我国跨境电商产业发展带来了空前的政策机遇。作为国家“21世纪海上丝绸之路先行区”,泉州发展跨境电商产业,在政策上享有先行先试的优势。如何利用本地良好的供应链基础,创新实现跨境电商产业的发展,对泉州传统经济转型升级具有深远的意义。在梳理跨境电商相关文献的基础上编制调研问卷,通过实地走访泉州多家跨境电商企业,对跨境电商产业发展的现状及目前存在的问题进行了深入的调研,并最终从政府和企业两个层面出发,为进一步推进泉州跨境电商产业发展提供了对策建议。

The implementation of the Belt and Road initiative has brought unprecedented policy opportunities to the development of China's cross-border E-commerce.As the national"21st century Maritime Silk Road pioneer zone",Quanzhou has the advantage of taking the lead in policy in developing cross-border e-commerce.How to use the good local supply chain foundation and innovate to realize the development of cross-border e-commerce is of far-reaching significance to the transformation and upgrading of Quanzhou's traditional economy.On the basis of combing the relevant literature of cross-border e-commerce,a questionnaire was prepared.Through field visits to a number of cross-border e-commerce enterprises in Quanzhou,an in-depth investigation was conducted on the current situation of and existing problems for the development of cross-border e-commerce.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions were provided for further promoting the development of cross-border e-commerce in Quanzhou from the two levels of the government and enterprises.
