延边大学服务延边州乡村振兴的案例分析——以图们市石岘镇水南村为例

A Case Study of Yanbian University Serving the Rural Revitalization of Yanbian-Taking Shuinan Village, Shixian Town,Tumen City as an Example

党的十九大报告中明确提出了乡村振兴战略。地方高校作为高等教育的主体,发挥其服务地方经济发展的社会功能义不容辞。通过对延边州图们市石岘镇水南村的分析,找出延边州乡村振兴面临的一些困难,并提出延边大学服务延边州乡村振兴的普遍性对策建议,升级当地产业结构,促进一二三产业融合;向乡村地区输送专业人才,并且对当地的居民进行知识培训,提高村民们的素养;合理规划和开发旅游资源,加大宣传力度,吸引更多的人了解延边州的乡村。与此同时,延边大学要不断提高其服务延边州乡村振兴的能力,逐渐建立起科学的服务机制,只有地方高校坚持服务地方经济发展,地方经济才能快速发展。

The report of the 19th national congress of the CPC clearly put forward the strategy of rural revitalization.As the main body of higher education,it is obligatory for local colleges and universities to play their social functions to serve local economic development.Analyzing Shuinan Village,Shixian Town,Tumen City,Yanbian Prefecture,this paper finds out some difficulties in rural revitalization of Yanbian Prefecture,and puts forward some universal countermeasures and suggestions for Yanbian University serving the rural revitalization of Yanbian Prefecture.Yanbian University should upgrade the local industrial structure and promote the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,send professional talents to rural areas and carry out knowledge training the local residents to improve their quality,plan and develop reasonably tourism resources and increase publicity efforts to attract more people to know about Yanbian's villages.Meanwhile,Yanbian University should continuously improve its ability to serve the rural revitalization of Yanbian Prefecture and gradually establish a scientific service mechanism.Only when local universities adhere to serving,the local economic development can develop rapidly.
