摘要
心肌缺血再灌注损伤已经成为影响心血管疾病患者临床结局的最严重并发症之一。近年来研究发现微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中起到了至关重要的作用,为心肌保护的研究开辟了全新的靶点。核因子-κB(nuclear factor kappa-B,NF-κB)作为一种重要的信号通路参与心肌缺血再灌注损伤,而miRNA调控心肌缺血再灌注损伤时,通常需要类似于NF-κB等一系列中间通路的参与。因此,本文旨在对miRNA基于NF-κB信号通路在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中的作用进行综述。
Myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury has become one of the most serious complications affecting the clinical outcomes of patients with cardiovascular disease.Recent studies have found that microRNA plays a vital role in myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury,which opening up new targets for myocardial protection.As an important signaling pathway,nuclear factor kappa-B is involved in myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.When microRNA regulates myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury,a series of intermediate pathways such as nuclear factor kappa-B are usually involved.Therefore,this article aims to review the role of miRNA based on nuclear factor kappa-B signaling pathway in myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.
