新时代视域下乡村教师队伍建设的政策意蕴、弱势表征及路径选择 被引量:20

摘要 乡村教师队伍建设是实现教育现代化的关键所在。国家相关政策文件在教师培养、培训及保障等方面均对乡村教师予以特别倾斜,这既是对乡村教师特殊贡献的肯定,也是对乡村教师队伍的积弱事实的一种承认。目前我们乡村教师队伍建设过程中仍存在队伍“逃离”、文化“盲从”、各方“掣肘”等典型弱势表征。针对这种弱势状况,需要树立现代化的乡村教育理念,强调乡村教师角色的多样化和乡村文化的固有特色;建立现代化乡村教师编制管理机制,构建现代化的培养培训体系;同时在教师的职业发展、社会地位、生活待遇等方面给予强有力的保障,逐步实现乡村教师队伍的现代化,为乡村教育乃至整个教育的现代化夯实基础。 The construction of rural teaching staff is the key to the realization of education modernization.The government favourable policies such as teacher cultivation,training and security for rural teachers imply an approval of their particular contribution,as well as an acknowledgement of their disadvantaged situation.The brain drain,sequacious in culture and types of impediments of the construction of rural teaching staff seriously hinder the national education modernization.It is necessary to establish the modernized idea of rural education,strengthening the role of diversity of rural teachers and the natural characteristics of rural culture,to establish the modernized mechanism of rural teaching staff management,constructing the modernized training system,and to effectively guarantee the career development,social situation,and the material benefits of rural teachers,to achieve the rural teaching staff modernization,which lays a sound foundation of rural education and the national education modernization.
