摘要
近年来,随着我国高校本科教育改革的深入推进,通识教育改革受到愈来愈多高校的重视和青睐,但是囿于我国高校传统专业教育体制和思想观念的束缚和对通识教育理念认识的不足,导致高校通识教育改革陷入进退维谷的实践困境之中,如“专业本位”的实践逻辑削弱了通识教育的基础性地位;多学科的折衷平衡消解了通识教育的核心价值;通识教育的“课程化实践”遮蔽了文化育人的体系化建构等等。对此,我国高校亟需摆脱旧有观念和体制的禁锢,确立“文化育人”的通识教育核心理念,促进通识教育多元文化的有机融合,构建起全员参与、多元协同的育人体系,进而推动通识教育理念与实践的创新发展,提升学校创新人才培养质量。
In recent years,with the deepening of the reform of undergraduate education in colleges and universities to promote the reform of general education has received more and more attention and favor from colleges and universities,but constrained by traditional professional education system and ideology in colleges and universities and the insufficient understanding of the concept of general education,lead college general education reform practice being into a logical dilemma.,such as the practice of"professional orientation"logic weakens the basic position of general education;the compromise balance of multidisciplinary has eliminated the core value of general knowledge education;education's"curriculum practice"obscures the systematic construction of cultural education and so on.To this,we need to get rid of old ideas and system of colleges and universities,establish the general education core concept of"culture education",promote the general education of cultural diversity,build up full participation and diverse collaborative education system,and promote the change of the concept of general education and practice of innovation and development,improve the school quality of innovative talent training.
