摘要
以分动器传动性能、经济性能和冷却润滑性能分析为基础,采用层次分析法对不同设计因素的权重进行分析,建立3个关于灰度三角白化权函数的性能指标,计算3种不同性能关于灰度k的综合聚类系数,对分动器的设计方案进行评价。进而针对分动器评价较差的润滑性能进行台架实验,通过对分动器加挡油板处理实现设计方案改进,使分动器润滑性能得到进一步提高,从而完成分动器设计方案评价体系建设,该评价体系对于产品设计有一定的指导意义。
On the basis of analysis of the transmission performance,economy,cooling and lubrication performance,different weights of different design factors are analyzed with analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to establish three triangle whiten function on gray with different performance indicators,and then their integrated clustering coefficient k is calculated for the evaluation of designs of the transfer case.Bench test is carried out for its poor lubrication performance evaluation and oil block board is installed for the flow of oil to further improve the lubrication performance of the transfer case evaluation to excellence.Thus an evaluation system is established with which transfer case design can be evaluated accurately;it has some significant value for product design.
