摘要 乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。化疗是其有效的治疗方法,可以延长患者总生存期。然而,由于化疗抵抗、药物靶点的局限性和个体差异等原因,化疗的临床疗效有限。近年来肿瘤微环境成为研究热点,微环境中成纤维细胞含量丰富,许多研究已经证明肿瘤相关成纤维细胞与化疗耐药之间有着相互联系。本文就肿瘤微环境中关于肿瘤相关成纤维细胞与乳腺癌化疗耐药之间的机制及治疗靶点进行综述,以期为乳腺癌的治疗提供思路。 Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers in women.Chemotherapy is known as an effective treatment for it,as it can prolong the total survival of patients.However,due to the numerous factors such as chemotherapy resistance,limitations of drug targets and individual differences,the clinical efficacy of chemotherapy is limited.In recent years,tumor microenvironment has become a research hotspot,for the content of fibroblasts is abundant in microenvironment.Many studies have demonstrated that there is a correlation between carcinoma-associated fibroblasts and chemotherapy resistance.In this article,we reviewed the mechanism between carcinoma-associated fibroblasts and chemotherapy resistance in breast cancer microenvironment,as well as the treatment targets,in the hope of providing new ideas for treatment of breast cancer.
