施用硼肥对雪莲果产量与品质的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为雪莲果生产中硼肥的合理施用提供参考依据,采用田间试验方法,研究在雪莲果生长土壤区域喷施高(600 g/667m&2)低(200 g/667m&2)剂量硼肥(Na2B8O13)对雪莲果植株生长与果实品质的影响。结果表明:施加硼肥处理雪莲果的产量与总糖、维生素C、灰分及钙铁锌等微量元素含量较CK(等量清水)均显著提高,其中,低剂量和高剂量处理的产量较CK分别增加77.2%和211.2%;高剂量处理的总糖、维生素C、灰分及钙、铁、锌等微量元素含量较CK分别增加28.4%、163.6%、33.2%、73.3%、41.2%和56.2%。低剂量处理的雪莲果营养成分均低于高剂量处理。施加硼肥能够提高雪莲果块根的产量,改善其品质及提高钙、铁、锌与总糖等营养成分的含量。 The effects of two boron fertilizer(Na2B8O13)spraying rates on growth and quality of Saussurea involucrate were studied by a field test to provide a reference for rational application of boron fertilizer in S.involucrate production.Result:Spraying boron fertilizer can significantly increase yield and total sugar,V c,ash,Ca,Fe and Zn content of S.involucrate tubers compared with CK.The tuber yield of S.involucrate plants sprayed with high and low boron application rate is 77.2% and 211.2% higher than CK respectively.Total sugar,V C,ash,Ca,Fe and Zn content in tubers of S.involucrate plants sprayed with high boron application rate is 28.4%,163.6%,33.2%,73.3%,41.2% and 56.2% higher than CK separately.Total sugar,VC,ash,Ca,Fe and Zn content in tubers of S.involucrate plants sprayed with low boron application rate is lower than those in tubers of S.involucrate plants sprayed with high boron application rate.Spraying boron fertilizer can increase tuber yield of S.involucrate,improve its quality and increase total sugar,Ca,Fe and Zn content in tubers of S.involucrate.
