紫外辐照对再造烟叶涂布液挥发性香味成分的影响 被引量:2

摘要 对再造烟叶涂布液进行不同时长的紫外辐照,对辐照后再造烟叶涂布液的挥发性香味成分进行同时蒸馏萃取和GC-MS分析鉴定,并对其进行主成分分析和感官评吸.结果表明:紫外辐照15 min,再造烟叶涂布液的香味物质高达55种,新增香味成分主要包括醇、酮、醛类,如螺岩兰草酮、芳樟醇、苯甲醛等;由其卷制的卷烟香气量略有提升,柔细度增加,感官效果最佳. The coating liquid of reconstituted tobacco were irradiated for different period by ultraviolet(UV),and the volatile aroma components of the coating liquid of reconstituted tobacco after irradiation were extracted using simultaneous distillation and solvent extraction method,then identified by GC-MS,and then analyzed by principal component analysis and sensory evaluation.The results showed that the optimal UV treatment time was 15 min.At this time,there were 55 kinds of aroma components,and the newly generated aroma components mainly included alcohols,ketones and aldehydes,such as solavetivone,linalool,and benzaldehyd,etc;the aroma amount of cigarettes was increased slightly,the smoke mildness was slightly increased,and the sensory effect was the best.
