短期急性热应激对犬血清生化指标影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究短期急性热应激处理对犬血清中总氨基酸、游离脂肪酸、铁含量等3种生化指标的影响。方法:选择6只年龄、体重相近健康中华田园犬,在35±1℃试验条件下短期急性热应激16 h后,自然条件下恢复16 h。分别于0(热应激前)、1、3、8、16、32 h前臂头静脉采血,测定其血清中总氨基酸、游离脂肪酸、铁含量。结果:与热应激处理前相比,1、3、8、16、32 h,血清总氨基酸含量均差异不显著(P>0.05);与热应激前相比,16 h血清游离脂肪酸含量显著升高(P<0.05),1、3、8、32 h血清游离脂肪酸含量差异不显著(P>0.05);与热应激1 h相比,3、8 h血清铁含量显著下降(P>0.05),与热应激前相比,1、3、8、16、32 h血清铁含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:短期急性热应激处理对犬血清总氨基酸含量影响不显著,在一定的热应激处理时间内对血清游离脂肪酸、铁含量有显著影响。 Objective:To investigate the effects of short-term acute heat stress on the biochemical parameters of total amino acids,free fatty acids and iron in canine serum.Methods:Six healthy Chinese rural dogs with similar age and weight were selected.After continuous acute heat stress under the test conditions of 35±1℃for 16 h,the natural temperature recovered for 16 hours.Blood was collected from the forearm vein at 0(before heat stress),1,3,8,16 and 32 h,and the total amino acids,free fatty acid and iron contents in the serum were determined.Results:Compared with the index of before heat stress,serum total amino acid content was not significantly different at 1,3,8,16 and 32 h(P>0.05).Compared with the index of before heat stress,serum free fatty acid content increased significantly at 16 h(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in serum free fatty acid content at 1,3,8 and 32 h(P>0.05).Compared with the index of 1 h heat stress,serum iron content decreased significantly at 3 and 8 h(P>0.05)with heat.There was no significant difference in serum iron content between 1,3,8,16,32 h before stress(P>0.05).Conclusion:Short-term acute heat stress has no significant effect on serum total amino acid content in dogs,but has significant effects on serum free fatty acid and iron content during a certain heat stress treatment time.
