医德教育融入《思想道德修养与法律基础》课的实践理路探讨

摘要 当前医德教育面临着诸多挑战,学习动机功利化导致医德教育缺乏内驱力,片面的成才观导致医德教育边缘化,医疗行业的不正之风削弱了学校医德教育的效果,医德教育自身缺乏亲和力导致效果欠佳。鉴于医德教育与《思想道德修养与法律基础》课在内容、方法和目标上的一致性,将医德教育融入《思想道德修养与法律基础》课程,必须从凝练教学内容、加强队伍建设、改进教学方法三个方面来加强。 At present,medical ethics education is facing many challenges.Utilitarianization of learning leads to the lack of internal driving force in medical ethics education.The one-sided view of success leads to the marginalization of medical ethics education.The improper trend of medical industry has weakened its effect.Lack of affinity of medical ethics education itself leads to the poor effect.In view of the consistency in contents,methods and objectives,it is suggested that integration of medical ethics education into the Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Fundamentals of Law should be strengthened in three aspects,namely concising teaching contents,strengthening team building and improving teaching methods.
