某院甲乳疝科抗菌药物预防使用医嘱审核分析及干预措施

Examination and Analysis of Preventive Use of Antibiotics in a Hospital

目的了解某院甲乳疝科甲乳疝手术围术期抗菌药物预防性应用情况,探讨其合理性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法随机抽取该院2018年5月—2019年5月甲乳疝科甲乳疝手术出院病例210例,对围术期抗菌药物预防性应用情况及其合理性进行评价与分析。结果210例患者中180例预防性应用抗菌药物,抗菌药物使用率为85.71%;药物品种选择最多的为氟喹诺酮类的左氧氟沙星(60例,占33.33%),其次是头霉素类的头孢西丁(57例,占31.67%);给药时间在术前0.5~1 h的有180例,占100.00%;33.33%的患者使用疗程在24 h内;无联合用药的病例。结论该院甲乳疝科甲乳疝手术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物存在用药指征把握不严,药物品种选择不当等严重问题,应加强抗菌药物临床应用管理,促进抗菌药物临床的合理应用。

Objective To understand the preventive application of antibiotics in the perioperative period of a chyle in a hospital,and to explore its rationality and provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods A total of 210 patients with medical records from the Department of Achilles tendon rupture from May 2018 to May 2019 in the hospital were randomly selected.The preventive application and rationality of perioperative antibiotics were evaluated and analyzed.Results Of the 210 patients,180 were prophylactic antibiotics,and the antibacterial use rate was 85.71%.The most selected drug fluoroquinolone was levofloxacin(60 cases,accounting for 33.33%),followed by cefoxitin(57 cases,accounting for 31.67%);180 cases of administration time 0.5-1 h before surgery,accounting for 100.00%;33.33%of patients used the treatment within 24 h;no medical history of combined medication.Conclusion The preventive application of antibiotics in the perioperative period of the surgical treatment of thyroid sputum in our hospital is serious,such as poor grasp of medication indications and improper selection of drug varieties.It is necessary to strengthen the clinical application management of antibacterial drugs and promote the clinical rationality application of antibacterial drugs.
