骨科护理管理中应用互动管理模式的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Applying Interactive Management Mode in Orthopedic Nursing Management

目的了解骨科护理管理中应用互动管理模式的效果。方法将该院2017年7月—2018年2月的80例骨科患者,随机分组,常规管理组给予常规管理,互动管理模式组开展互动管理模式。比较两组满意水平;骨科病房环境质量、护理管理质量;护理前后患者的焦虑评分以及抑郁评分、生活质量的平均值;骨科护理不良事件发生率。结果互动管理模式组满意水平、患者的焦虑评分以及抑郁评分、生活质量的平均值、骨科病房环境质量、护理管理质量、骨科护理不良事件发生率对比常规管理组有优势(P<0.05)。结论骨科患者实施互动管理模式效果确切。

Objective To understand the effect of applying interactive management mode in orthopedic nursing management.Methods 80 orthopedic patients from July 2017 to February 2018 in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The routine management group was given regular management,and the interactive management model group was used to carry out interactive management mode.The satisfaction level of the two groups was compared;the environmental quality of the orthopedic ward,the quality of nursing management;the anxiety score of the patients before and after nursing,the mean of depression score and quality of life;the incidence of adverse events in orthopedic care.Results The level of satisfaction in the interactive management model group,the patient's anxiety score,the depression score,the mean quality of life,the quality of the orthopaedic ward,the quality of nursing management,and the incidence of adverse events in orthopedic care were superior to those of the conventional management group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the interactive management model for orthopedic patients is effective.
