妇产科急诊接诊过程中的风险管理价值分析

Analysis of Risk Management Value in the Process of Emergency Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的探讨妇产科急诊接诊过程中运用风险管理的应用价值。方法以2017年2月—2019年3月该院妇产科急诊接诊的300例患者为研究样本,以是否实施风险管理为分组原则,2017年2月—2018年2月期间未实施风险管理阶段的150例患者纳入对照组,2018年3月—2019年3月期间实施风险管理的150例患者纳入观察组,比较两组风险事件及医患纠纷发生率、护理满意度以及护理质量差异。结果观察组风险事件及医患纠纷发生率均低于对照组,护理满意度及护理质量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将风险管理融入妇产科急诊接诊医护管理工作中,可有效降低风险事件及纠纷发生率,提升急诊护理质量以及孕产妇与其家属对护理行为的满意度,建议推广。

Objective To explore the application value of risk management in the emergency department of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 300 patients who were admitted to the emergency department of obstetrics and gynecology in the hospital from February 2017 to March 2019 were used as research samples.The risk management was divided into groups.The risk was not implemented during February 2017 to February 2018.150 patients in the management phase were included in the control group.150 patients who underwent risk management between March 2018 and March 2019 were included in the observation group.The risk events and the disputes between doctors and patients,nursing satisfaction,and quality of care were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of risk events and doctor-patient disputes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The nursing satisfaction and quality of care were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrating risk management into the emergency management of obstetrics and gynecology can effectively reduce the risk events and disputes,improve the quality of emergency care and the satisfaction of maternal and family members on nursing behavior.
