安全文化理念在产科护理管理中的应用

Application of Safety Culture Concept in Obstetric Nursing Management

目的探究安全文化理念在产科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选择该院产科于2016年7月—2018年8月间收治的住院患者102例,将患者进行随机分组,对照组实施常规护理管理,研究组在常规护理管理上加入安全文化理念,比较两组的护理质量评分、护理差错率和护理服务满意率。结果研究组的护理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05),护理差错率低于对照组(P<0.05),护理服务满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论安全文化理念用于产科护理管理中,能够提高护理质量,减少护理差错率,提升护理服务满意率,推荐应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of safety culture concept in obstetric nursing management.Methods A total of 102 inpatients admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to August 2018 were enrolled.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing management.The research group added safety culture concept to routine nursing management.Nursing quality scores,nursing error rates,and care service satisfaction rates were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing quality score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the nursing error rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction rate of nursing service was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The safety culture concept is used in obstetric care management to improve the quality of care,reduce the rate of nursing errors,improve the satisfaction rate of nursing services,with promotion and application value.
