基层医院建立脑卒中中心模式的研究

Study on Establishing a Central Model of Stroke in Primary Hospitals

目的探究基层医院建立脑卒中中心模式的可行性。方法将2017年时期该院收治的110例脑卒中患者作为对照组,期间实施常规脑卒中管理,另将2018年该院收治的110例脑卒中患者作为实验组,期间建立脑卒中中心模式。对两段时期患者的神经功能评分、不良反应发生率、致残率和致死率进行调查。结果实验组神经功能评分优于对照组,数据经检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组并发症发生率(7.27%)低于对照组并发症发生率(21.82%),数据经检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组致残率(3.64%)和致死率(0.00%)低于对照组患者致残率(11.82%)和致死率(3.64%),数据经检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在基层医院建立脑卒中中心模式属于基础医疗建设,具有一定可行性,对于改善患者预后、提高患者生活质量具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the feasibility of establishing a central model of stroke in primary hospitals.Methods 110 stroke patients admitted to the hospital in 2017 were used as the control group.During the period of routine stroke management,110 stroke patients admitted to the hospital in 2018 were used as the experimental group.The central model of stroke was established.The neurological score,adverse reaction rate,disability rate and mortality rate of patients in the two periods were investigated.Results The neurological score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.The difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group(7.27%)was lower than that in the control group(21.82%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the morbidity rate(3.64%)and mortality(0.00%)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(11.82%)and mortality(3.64%).The difference was statistically significan(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of a stroke center model in primary hospitals is a basic medical construction,which has certain feasibility and is of great significance for improving patient prognosis and improving patients'quality of life.
