摘要
目的评判PBL+真实案例教学,应用于肿瘤外科护理临床见习中的效果。方法选取该院2017年4月—2019年4月82名肿瘤外科见习生,以随机平行方式分组,分为了实验组、参照组,两组人数均为41名。实验组接受PBL+真实案例教学方法,参照组接受传统教学方法,比较两组的教学效果。结果实验组、参照组在入科前理论成绩方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组出科理论成绩、出科操作成绩比较,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组临床实践能力评分情况进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤外科护理临床见习中采用PBL+真实案例教学法,利于使学生更好地掌握理论和操作方面知识,提高其临床实践方面的能力,有在肿瘤外科护理临床见习中应用、推广的意义。
Objective To evaluate the effect of PBL+real case teaching in clinical practice of tumor surgery nursing.Methods Eighty-two tumor surgical trainees from April 2017 to April 2019 in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group and the reference group.The number of the two groups was 41 each.The experimental group accepted the PBL+real case teaching method,and the reference group accepted the traditional teaching method to compare the teaching effects of the two groups.Results There was no statistical significance in the experimental results of the experimental group and the reference group before entering the department(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the theoretical scores and outpatient performance between the two groups(P<0.05).The clinical practice ability scores of the two groups were compared,and there was a statistically significant contrast difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL+real case teaching method is used in the clinical practice of tumor surgery nursing,which is helpful for students to better grasp the theoretical and operational knowledge and improve their clinical practice ability.It has the significance of application and promotion in clinical practice of tumor surgery nursing.
