导师制在医学生实习阶段对职业精神影响的比较分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的通过应用本科生导师制培养方式,分析在实习阶段对医学生职业精神的影响。方法对2017年9月—2018年4月在大连医科大学附属大连市中心医院进行生产实习的52名五年级医学生进行分组,其中32名学生采用本科生导师制培养方式,分别在学年初和毕业前使用宾州大学医学院医师职业精神量表进行测量。结果全部52名学生中,2名学生未参加全部两次测量,其余50名学生(实验组30名学生,对照组20名学生)提交问卷,两组末次问卷得分减去初次问卷得分(43.6±5.6)分(实验组),(23.3±8.6)分(对照组),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论导师制培养方式对处于实习阶段的医学生职业精神具有正向作用,是一种良好的教学方法。 Objective To analyze the influence of the undergraduate tutor system on the professionalism of medical students in the internship stage.Methods A group of 52 fifth-grade medical students who were engaged in production internships at Dalian Central Hospital affiliated to Dalian Medical University were divided into groups from September 2017 to April 2018.Among them,32 students were undergraduate tutor training.They were used at the University of Pennsylvania Medical College before the beginning of school and before graduation.The mental scale is measured.Results Of the 52 students,two students did not participate in all the two measurements.The remaining 50 students(30 students in the experimental group and 20 students in the control group)submitted the questionnaire.The scores of the last two questionnaires were subtracted from the initial questionnaire by(43.6±5.6)points(experimental group),(23.3±8.6)points(control group),the statistical difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The tutor system training method has a positive effect on the professional spirit of medical students in the internship stage and is a good teaching method.
