摘要
目的探讨3-shape系统在牙体预备教学中的运用。方法随机选取10名学生在规定时间内进行11全瓷冠预备,用3-shape扫描仪对预备体进行扫描,用3-shape设计软件对学生进行指导,指导后学生再次在同样条件下备牙,将指导前后的预备体用3-shape系统进行评价比较。结果运用3-shape系统指导前后预备体的切端预备量,唇面近切端预备量、舌面中间预备量、近远中邻面预备量、肩台宽度分值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3-shape指导前后的唇面中间预备量、唇面近颈部预备量、舌面近切端预备量、舌面近颈部预备量的分值以及总分值的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3-shape系统能提高学生牙体预备的分数,客观评价牙体预备的结果。
Objective To explore the application of 3-shape system in the preparation of dental preparation.Methods 10 students were randomly selected to prepare 11 all-ceramic crowns within the specified time.The preparations were scanned with a 3-shape scanner,and the students were guided by 3-shape design software.After the instruction,the students prepared the teeth again under the same conditions.The preparations before and after the guidance will be compared and evaluated using a 3-shape system.Results The 3-shape system was used to guide the amount of cut-end preparation of the anterior and posterior preparations.The difference between the proximal end of the labial surface,the preparation of the lingual surface,the preparation of the near-distal middle and the shoulder width were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the amount of the middle of the lip before and after the 3-shape guidance,the amount of the near-neck of the lip,the amount of the proximal end of the tongue,the score of the near-neck of the tongue,and the total score(P<0.05).Conclusion The 3-shape system can improve the score of the student's dental preparation and objectively evaluate the results of the dental preparation.
