高职药学专业药理学课程内部质量诊改体系研究

Study on Internal Quality Diagnosis and Reform System of Pharmacology Course in Higher Vocational Pharmacy

为提高药学技术技能人才培养质量,更好服务区域医药产业经济的快速发展,该文探索药理学课程内部质量诊改体系研究。通过确定课程建设目标、质量标准,分析现状、进行诊断,设计改进内容、措施,实施改进计划,实时监测、预警、调整改进,诊改总结、开始新一轮诊改;构建了“八步一环”质量改进螺旋,建立了长效的内部质量保证机制,有效提升了高职药学专业核心课程的教学质量,促进了人才培养质量的持续提升。

In order to improve the quality of pharmacy technical skills training and better serve the rapid development of regional pharmaceutical industry economy,this paper explores the internal quality diagnosis and reform system of pharmacology.Through the determination of curriculum construction goals,quality standards,analysis of the status quo,diagnosis,design improvement content,measures,implementation of improvement plans,real-time monitoring,early warning,adjustment and improvement,diagnosis and improvement summary,start a new round of diagnosis and revision;built an"eight steps one round"quality improvement spiral,has established a long-term internal quality assurance mechanism,which has effectively improved the teaching quality of the core courses of higher vocational pharmacy and promoted the continuous improvement of the quality of personnel training.
