噪声作业人员职业健康体检结果分析

Analysis of Occupational Health Examination Results of Noise Workers

目的探讨噪声作业人员职业健康情况,为噪声作业人员职业防护提供参考。方法以2017年1月—2018年12月于如东县疾病预防控制中心接受健康体检的1999名噪声作业人员为研究对象,回顾性调研受检者健康体检结果,统计听力异常检出率与其他疾病或异常检出情况。结果双耳高频听阈检测结果>40 dB者150名,听力异常检出率7.50%。体格检查总体结果:目前未见异常4.45%,其他疾病或异常75.09%,复查13.91%,疑似职业病0.40%,职业禁忌证6.15%。体检结果异常者男性占比75.71%,未见异常者男性占比75.28%,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.462,P>0.05),体检结果异常者工龄(4.7±3.5)年,未见异常者工龄(3.3±1.9)年,差异有统计学意义(t=3.084,P<0.05)。结论噪声对作业人员健康影响较大,特别是对于工龄长的职工,建议加强职业卫生监督管理,认真落实好安全保护工作。

Objective To explore the occupational health of noise workers and provide reference for the occupational protection of noise workers.Methods The 1999 noise workers who received health checkups at the Rudong County Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as subjects.The results of the physical examination of the subjects were retrospectively investigated,and the detection rate of hearing abnormalities disease or abnormal detection was statistically analyzed.Results The binaural high-frequency hearing threshold test results were>40 dB in 150 patients,and the hearing abnormality detection rate was 7.50%.Overall physical examination results:no abnormalities of 4.45%,75.09%of other diseases or abnormalities,13.91%of recurrent examinations,0.40%of suspected occupational diseases,and 6.15%of occupational contraindications.The males accounted for 75.71%of the abnormal physical examination results,and the males accounted for 75.28%of the abnormalities.The difference was not statistically significant(χ^2=0.462,P>0.05),and the physical examination results were abnormal(4.7±3.5)years.No abnormalities of the service age was(3.3±1.9)years,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.084,P<0.05).Conclusion Noise has a great impact on the health of workers.Especially for employees with long working hours,it is recommended to strengthen occupational health supervision and management and conscientiously implement safety protection.
