船舶开关驱动电机大电流现场测试及分析

Field Test and Analysis of Large Current of Ship Switch Drive Motor

船舶开关驱动电机现场工作状态下大电流的准确测量,对保障和提升船舶复杂设备和系统的模块质量具有重要意义。本文采用光纤宽带大电流测量仪对2个组的10kA触发电流级别和1组60kA触发电流级别的船舶驱动电机进行了现场工作状态下的大电流测量,测量误差范围在5%以内,为船舶制造企业掌控生产质量和效率提供坚实的技术保障手段。

Accurate measurement of large currents in the field working state of ship switch drive motors is of great significance for ensuring and improving the module quality of complex equipment and systems.In this paper,the high-current measurement of the 10 kA trigger current level and one set of 60 kA trigger current level of the two groups is carried out by the fiber-optic broadband high-current measuring instrument.The measurement error is within 5%,and the ship is manufactured.The company provides a solid technical guarantee for controlling production quality and efficiency.
