摘要
为了解决日常校准的数字示波器校准项目多、数据量大、手工作业速度慢、易出现人为误差等难题,拟研制一套基于LabVIEW的数字示波器自动校准系统。该系统实现多种型号示波器的自动校准,将数字示波器的校准时间由8h缩短在2h以内,并具有自动评定测量不确定度的功能,同时可生成原始记录和校准证书。经验证,所研制的数字示波器自动校准系统算法准确,性能稳定,可提升示波器检测效率,缩短计量周期,具有较高的推广应用价值。
Digital oscilloscope automatic calibration system based on LabVIEW is researched,in order to solve the problems such as many calibration items,large amount of measurement data,slow manual operation speed,and easy human error.The system realizes the automatic calibration of various types of oscilloscopes,shortens the calibration time from 8 h to less than 2 h,and has the function of automatically evaluating the uncertainty of measurement,while generating original records and calibration certificates.It has been verified that the digital oscilloscope automatic calibration system is accurate and stable.It can improve the calibration efficiency and shorten the measurement period,and has high application value.
