摘要
为实现水质重金属现场检测,设计一种基于Android的便携式水质电化学检测系统。该系统基于三电极体系电化学检测原理,以STM32单片机为主控芯片,结合外围的恒电位电路和控制软件,实现了电化学计时电流法检测。借助Android智能设备在人机交互方面的优势,在Android平台上开发出APP应用软件,通过蓝牙实现与传感器的通信并实时显示检测数据,简化了复杂的电化学检测分析过程,满足了用户的操作需求。该系统对水质重金属离子Cr^(6+)进行了初步检测,检测线性范围为5~2 000μg/L,符合地表Ⅰ~Ⅴ类水质Cr^6+检测标准。结果表明,与电化学工作站测试数据相比,该系统测试误差小于4.85%,适用于野外现场自动检测分析。
A portable water quality electrochemical detection system based on Android is designed to realize the on⁃site detection for the heavy metals in water.In the system,on the basis of the principle of electrochemical detection of the three⁃electrode system,the STM32 single chip is taken as the main control chip,and the electrochemical chronoamperometry detection is realized in combination with the peripheral constant potential circuit and the control software.With the advantage of Android intelligent device in human⁃computer interaction,the APP application software is developed on Android platform to realize the communication with sensors through Bluetooth and display the detected data in real time,which simplifies the complex electrochemical detection and analysis process,and meets the users′operational requirements.The preliminary detection of heavy metal ion Cr^6+in water was performed with the system,and the linear range of detection was 5~2000μg/L,which accorded with the Cr6+testing standards of class I^V water quality on the earth′s surface.The testing error of the system is less than 4.85%in comparison with the measured data of the electrochemical workstation,which is suitable for the automatic detection and analysis in the field.
