近年来海外对习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的观点评析

党的十九大以来,海外人士持续关注习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,并在研究中和中国特色社会主义事业、道路、制度等结合起来,形成了一系列认识和观点。这些认识既有直接回应,也有从改革发展、治国理政成效方面作出的评价,还有的把思想评价与个人评价结合起来,同时也体现出评价主体和观点的多元化和差异性、一些重大时间节点对深化认识起到促进作用等特征。从总体上看,海外人士的积极评价是主流,也更具有代表性,同时也存在一些借散布"中国威胁论"极力贬低、打压的观点。对此,我们要正确把握海外人士评价的主流,正视政治立场、意识形态、民族文化等因素的影响,为世界发展提供中国智慧和中国方案。

Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, overseas people have continued to pay attention to Xi Jinping’s thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and have combined them with socialist causes, roads, and institutions with Chinese characteristics in their research to form a series of understandings and perspectives. These cognitions include not only direct responses, but also evaluations made in terms of reform and development, and the effectiveness of governing the country, as well as the combination of ideological evaluation and personal evaluation. Time nodes play a role in promoting the deepening of cognition. On the whole, the positive evaluations of overseas people are mainstream and more representative. At the same time, there are also some points of view that have been disparaged and suppressed by spreading the "threat-of-China theory". In this regard, we must correctly grasp the mainstream of overseas evaluations, facing up to the influence of factors such as political stance, ideology, national culture, providing Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions for world development.
