Smile手术矫正中高度近视散光临床效果观察 被引量:4

摘要 近视散光为眼科常见疾病,主要表现为视力下降、视疲劳,常引起流泪、眼痛、头晕头痛等,进而影响患者日常生活及工作。手术为临床治疗近视散光的重要手段,飞秒激光制瓣LASIK手术,为近年来较多采用术式,通过制作角膜瓣、基质切削进行治疗,具有良好的治疗效果,但术后会发生上皮重塑效应,进而影响患者视力改善[1]。飞秒激光微小切口角膜基质透镜取出(small incision lenticule extraction,Smile)手术为临床治疗近视散光的新型手术,采用飞秒激光制作基质透镜并从小切口取出,治疗效果良好,且可避免角膜瓣的制作及上皮组织的去除[2]。基于此,本研究选取我院中高度近视散光患者106例,分组探究Smile手术的治疗效果。报告如下。
