黑龙江某电厂电力系统稳定器参数整定试验分析 被引量:1

摘要 为解决黑龙江电网阻尼弱而带来的低频振荡问题,黑龙江各电厂发电机励磁系统相继投运了电力系统稳定器。依据电力系统稳定器抑制低频振荡的原理,以黑龙江某电厂PCS-9410型数字励磁调节器为例给出了试验方法和步骤。由现场测量的励磁系统无补偿相频特性和电力系统稳定器的传递函数计算PSS的补偿相位,将整定后的PSS参数输入到调节器中,通过阶跃试验验证了电力系统稳定器可以提高系统阻尼,能够有效地抑制低频振荡。 In order to solve the problem of low frequency oscillation caused by weak damping of Heilongjiang power grid,the power system stabilizers have been put into operation successively in generator excitation system of Heilongjiang power plants.According to the principle of power system stabilizer to suppress low frequency oscillation,taking PCS-9410 digital excitation regulator of a power plant in Heilongjiang as an example,the test method and steps are given.The compensation phase of PSS is calculated from the uncompensated phase-frequency characteristics of excitation system measured on site and the transfer function of power system stabilizer.The adjusted PSS parameters are input into the regulator,and the power system stabilizer is proved to improve system damping by the step test and be effective in suppressing low frequency oscillations.
