摘要
电力客户风险评价是供电企业在实现市场化营销、改善营商环境的过程中精确了解电力客户情况的重要途径。为科学客观地评价用户,实现电网精准化营销,建立了基于现场资料和系统数据的多维度电力客户风险评价指标体系,提出了基于多目标综合评价的电力客户风险评价方法,并利用RStudio软件进行编程仿真和实例验证。仿真结果表明,该方法极大地减少了评估计算过程的工作量,提高了计算速度,得到了科学的聚类结果,能够客观合理地对电力客户进行风险评估,为供电企业制定差异化的营销服务策略做好理论基础。
The risk assessment of power customers is an important approach for power supply enterprises to precisely recognizethe situation of power customers in the process of realizing market-oriented marketing sales and improving business environment.In order to evaluate customers scientifically and objectively,realize accurate marketing of power grid,a multi-dimensional power customer risk evaluation index system based on field data and system data is set up,a risk assessment method of power customers based on multi-objective comprehensive evaluation is proposed,and RStudio is used for programming simulation and example verification.The simulation results show that the method greatly reduces the workload of the evaluation and calculation process,improves the calculation speed,obtains the scientific clustering results,and evaluate the risk of power customers objectively and reasonably,which provides a theoretical basis for power supply enterprises to formulate differentiated marketing services strategies.
