摘要
针对电力辅助服务市场深度调峰频次越来越高,某电厂2台亚临界机组在深度调峰中供热能力不足的现状,阐述了机组现阶段供热系统的概况,分析了机组深度调峰时的负荷状态和供热运行策略的调整必要性。根据厂内机组的实际运行状况,提出了中压调门节流以提高机组供热能力的运行方案。改造前进行了改造案例借鉴和风险评估,主要从供热参数变化和经济性角度分析了改造效果,有效解决了中压调门节流方式下低负荷时供热瓶颈、供热不足的难题,提高了机组运行稳定性。但节流给机组运行带来的经济损失也不容忽略,只建议在机组低负荷运行下短时应对供热流量瓶颈时采用。
In view of the increasing frequency of deep peak shaving in power auxiliary service market and the insufficient heating capacity of two subcritical units in a power plant during deep peak shaving,the general situation of the heating system of the unit at the present stage is expounded,the load state of the unit during deep peak shaving and the necessity of adjustment of the heating operation strategy are analyzed.According to the actual operating condition of the unit in the plant,an operation scheme of medium-pressure regulating valve throttle to improve the heating capacity of the unit is put forward.Before the transformation,the case study and risk assessment are carried out.The effect of the transformation effect is analyzed from the perspective of heating parameter change and economy.The problem of heating bottleneck and insufficient heat supply under low load under the mode of medium-pressure regulating valve throttling is effectively solved,and the operation stability of the unit is improved.However,the economic loss brought by the throttling to the operation of the unit can not be ignored.It is only recommended to be used to deal with the bottleneck of heat supply flow in short time under low load operation of unit.
