上阿特巴拉电站轴承设计与试验

摘要 介绍了苏丹上阿特巴拉电站轴承设计,发电机设上导轴承和推力轴承及下导组合轴承,采用轴承润滑计算的有限元软件进行计算,现场试验测量得到轴承温度和流量等数据。对比分析计算结果与试验结果表明,设计方法可靠。机组运行情况表明,轴承能够保证上阿特巴拉电站运行。 The bearing design of Sultan Upper Atbara Power Station is introduced.The generator is equipped with upper guide bearing,combined thrust bearing and lower guide bearing.The bearing lubrication calculation is carried out by finite element software.The bearing temperature and flow rate are measured by field test.Comparing the calculation results with the experimental results,it is shown that the design method is reliable.The operation of the unit shows that the bearing can ensure the operation of the Upper Atbara Power Station.
