摘要
目的探讨颅内动脉瘤的形成与年龄、性别、血压、血脂、血糖、血压病史、血糖病史、血脂病史的相关性。方法回顾性分析2014年1月~2017年12月在潍坊医学院附属医院发现的102例颅内动脉瘤患者的MRA图像、临床资料与149例无动脉瘤的健康查体人群的资料。对动脉瘤的发生与患者的年龄、性别、高血压、血脂异常、高血糖、高血压病史、高血脂病史、高血糖病史作单因素、多因素Logistic回归分析。结果性别、年龄、高血压、血脂异常、血脂异常病史、高血糖与颅内动脉瘤发病均有相关性(P<0.25);多因素logistic回归分析表明,其中性别、年龄、高血压、血脂异常、高血糖是危险因素,而血脂病史为保护因素(P<0.05)。影响因素按照影响程度大小排序:血脂异常、高血压、高血糖、性别、年龄。结论颅内动脉瘤的发生与性别、年龄、高血压、血脂异常、血脂异常病史、高血糖存在相关性。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the formation of intracranial aneurysms detected by MRA and patient's age,sex,blood pressure,blood lipid,blood glucose,hypertension history,hyperglycemia history and dislipidemia history.Methods 102 patients with intracranial aneurysms,combining with their MRA image features and clinical data,were investigated and analyzed retrospectively from January 2014 to December 2017 in Affiliated hospital of Weifang Medical University,and so did the other 149 cases with no intracranial aneurysms.Single factor and multivariate logistic regression analysis were performed on the occurrence of intracranial aneurysm and the patient's age,gender,hypertension,dyslipidemia,hyperglycemia,history of hypertension,history of hyperlipidemia and so on.Results Sex,age,hypertension,dyslipidemia,dislipidemia history and hyperglycemia were correlated with intracranial aneurysm(P<0.25).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that sex,age,hypertension,dyslipidemia and hyperglycemia were risk factors,while the dislipidemia history was the protective factor(P<0.05).The factors ranked according to the degree of influence were dyslipidemia,hypertension,hyperglycemia,sex,and age.Conclusion The occurrence of intracranial aneurysms is related to sex,age,hypertension,dyslipidemia,dislipidemia history and hyperglycemia.
