摘要
目的探讨冠状动脉CTA检查中应用束缚带降低辐射剂量的价值。方法将90例行冠状动脉CTA扫描患者随机分成A组、B组及C组,每组30例。利用束缚带限制心脏上下运动幅度,并利用钙化积分图像进行增强扫描定位。比较3组病例冠状动脉树显示的完整性以及辐射参数,包括辐射剂量长度乘积和有效辐射剂量。结果三组病例冠状动脉树显示完整性评分分别为A组(3.0±0.0)分、B组(2.9±0.2)分、C组(2.6±0.7)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中A组与B组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.0167),C组评分低于A组及B组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.0167);三组病例辐射剂量分别为A组DLP为(621.1±59.1)mGy*cm、ED为(8.7±0.8)mSv,B组DLP为(570.8±69.4)mGy*cm、ED为(7.9±0.9)mSv,C组DLP为(516.2±68.9)mGy*cm、ED为(7.2±0.9)mSv,三组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中A组比B组高约8.8%且差异有统计学意义(P<0.0167),B组比C组高约10.6%且差异有统计学意义(P<0.0167)。结论利用束缚带可以降低冠状动脉CTA检查中的辐射剂量。
Objective To explore the applying value of restraint band to reduce radiation dose in coronary artery CTA examination.Methods Ninety cases,who underwent the examination of coronary CTA,were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,and there were 30 cases in each group.The restraint band was used to limit the up-and-down motion of the heart and the image of coronary artery calcification score to locate the scope of enhancement scanning.The completeness of coronary artery trees displayed on the CTA imaging were compared in the 3 groups.The parameters of radiation such as DLP and ED were also compared.Results The subjective score of the coronary artery trees in 3 groups were(3.0±0.0),(2.9±0.2)and(2.6±0.7)respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.0167),but the difference between group A and group C was statistically significant as well as that between group B and group C(P<0.0167).The DLP and ED of group A,group B and group C were(621.1±59.1)mGy*cm and(8.7±0.8)mSv,(570.8±69.4)mGy*cm and(7.9±0.9)mSv,(516.2±68.9)mGy*cm and(7.2±0.9)mSv respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The values of DLP and ED in group A wre about 8.8%higher than those in group B,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.0167).The values in group B were about 10.6%higher than those in group C,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.0167).Conclusion Using restraint band can reduce the radiation dose in coronary artery CTA examination.
