MRI对膝关节交叉韧带腱鞘囊肿的诊断价值

The value of MRI in the diagnosis of ganglion cysts of the cruciate ligaments

目的探讨膝关节交叉韧带腱鞘囊肿的MRI表现及其诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院41例膝关节交叉韧带腱鞘囊肿的临床及影像学资料,总结交叉韧带腱鞘囊肿的临床表现和MRI影像学特点。结果本组41例中,3例为双膝同时发病,38例为单膝发病。MRI表现交叉韧带腱鞘囊肿呈圆形、椭圆形、条带形及纺锤形的均匀长T 1、长T 2信号,PDWI-FS序列呈高信号,其内可伴有出血,导致信号不均匀。结论MRI能够清晰的显示交叉韧带囊肿的大小、形态、部位、数目、信号改变及与周围结构的关系,MRI可以作出明确诊断,对临床有重要的指导价值。

Objective To explore the MRI manifestations and diagnostic value of ganglion cysts of cruciate ligaments.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data and MRI manifestations of 41 patients in our hospital with ganglion cysts of cruciate ligaments was conducted.Results 3 patients were bilateral knee joints and 38 patients were unilateral knee joint.MR imaging showed that most cysts were isointense to fluid with round,oval,banded or fusiform shape,depicting low signal intensity on T 1-weighted images and high signal intensity on T 2-weighted images and the PD-FS sequence,while two patients had hemorrhage inside the cysts.Conclusion MRI can clearly display the size,shape,location,number,signal and surrounding structures of the cruciate ligaments ganglion cysts,which was important in confirming the cyst lesions and provided useful information for clinical work.
