Progression of sonodynamic therapy for cancer treatment

摘要 声动力疗法(sonodynamic therapy,SDT)是一种由光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)发展而来的新型的非侵入性治疗方法,具有特异性和选择性杀伤肿瘤细胞的作用。与传统手术和放疗相比,SDT具有无创性、靶向性等优点,相对于PDT,SDT具有更深层次的组织渗透性、降低全身毒性反应的优势,因此,SDT提供了更为广阔的临床应用价值。本文简要总结声动力疗法的作用机制,主要介绍影响其疗效的关键因素及各种类型声敏剂的研究进展。 As a new non-invasive treatment,sonodynamic therapy(SDT)is developed from photodynamic therapy(PDT),which kills tumor cells specifically and selectively.Compared with traditional surgery and radiotherapy,SDT has many benefits,including non-invasive,strong accessibility,targeting.In treatment of deeper tissue tumor,SDT shows more opportunities and benefits than PDT.The article briefly summarizes the mechanism of SDT,mainly reviews the important factors of treatment effect,and the lateast research progress of sonosensitizers.
