改良甲襞切除成形术治疗Ⅲ期嵌甲

Treatment of Ingrown Toenails with Hyperplasia of Granulation Tissue by Modified Removed of Toe nail wall

目的:探讨改良甲襞切除成形术治疗嵌甲的临床疗效。方法:分析2017年1月到2018年12月期间在我院诊治的64例Ⅲ期嵌甲患者临床资料,随机分为对照组和观察组各32例。对照组采用全甲拔除术治疗,观察组采用改良甲襞切除成形术治疗,观察比较两组炎症消退程度、愈合时间以及复发和畸形率。结果:观察组好、中、差炎症消退率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);所有患者随访6至24个月,观察组复发率、畸形率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良甲襞切除成形术治疗Ⅲ期嵌甲,能有效改善拇趾外观,短缩愈合时间,降低嵌甲复发率,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of removed of toe nail wall in the treatment of ingrown toenails.Methods:The clinical data of 64 patients with ingrown toenails treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were analyzed retrospectively,and 32 cases were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with total nail removal,and the observation group was treated with removed of toe nail wall.The inflammation disappeared degree,healing time,recurrence and deformity were observed and compared.Results:After operation,The inflammation disappeared rate of Class superiority,Class Middle and Class inferiority of the observation group was higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 to 24 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate and deformity rate of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of removed of toe nail wall in the treatment of ingrown toenails can effectively improve the appearance of the toe,shorten the healing time,and reduce the recurrence rate of the Ingrown toenails,it is worth popularizing.
