植物硒营养元素吸收和代谢分子生物学研究最新进展 被引量:6

摘要 硒(Se)是人类和动物必需的营养元素,绿色植物是硒元素提供给人类和动物的主要来源。目前人类对硒摄入不足是全球范围内的普遍情况。因此,掌握植物硒的吸收、转运和代谢的分子机制与规律一直是植物营养学研究的热点领域。本文概述了近年来植物对硒的吸收、转运及其分子机制等方面的最新研究进展,主要包括硒对植物的生长发育作用,植物硒吸收、转运和代谢关键酶基因和蛋白等,旨在对植物富硒基因资源的开发与利用提供相关资料提和理论依据。 Selenium is an essential nutrient for humans and animals,and plants are the main source of selenium for humans and animals.Selenium deficiency is a common phenomenon on a global scale.Therefore,an analysis of the molecular mechanism of plant selenium uptake,translocation and metabolism has become a hotspot of plant nutrition research.This paper reviewed the recent research progress on the uptake,translocation and molecular mechanism of selenium in plants,including the effect of selenium on plant the growth and development,the identification of key enzyme genes/proteins involving in the plant selenium uptake,translocation and metabolism,and so on.This review aims to provide valuable information for the development and application of plant selenium-enriched gene resources in plants.
