摘要
金属壳体制品在化学材料和食品贮藏领域中起着重要的作用,不同材质和厚度的金属壳在抽真空后将会导致外壁产生不同程度的形变.为了实现无人状态下金属壳体形变的精确测量,提出一种基于视觉的实时形变测量方法,其不但能更精确地测量金属外壳的形变数据,而且能实现全程无人参与的数据分析功能.实验仿真数据表明,该方法的测量精度高于人工测量.
Metal shell products play an important role in the field of chemical materials and food storage.The outer wall of the metal shell with different materials and thicknesses will deform at varying degrees after vacuum.In order to design products with better comprehensive performance and lower cost,it is necessary to monitor the deformation data and deformation process for a long time in the process of shell development.In order to realize accurate measurement of metal shell deformation in the state of nobody on duty,a vision-based real-time deformation measurement method is proposed in this paper.This method can not only measure the deformation data of metal shell more accurately,but also realize the whole process of intelligent data analysis without the participation of humans.The experimental simulation data show that this method has higher accuracy than the manual measurement.
