摘要
首次发现古代木质井盐架支撑柱这种特殊的中空外圆组合木结构的预应力现象,将其命名为预应力空心组合木结构.利用现代力学的检测手段创造性地设计了实验方案,并成功地测定了其预应力.经测定,其捆扎力最大可达123.4 kN,最大预应力为107.5 MPa.提出了改进空心组合木柱捆扎工艺的措施.
This paper firstly discovered the prestressing phenomenon of the composite wooden structure of the special hollow outer circle supported wooden pole by the ancient wooden salt derrick(commonly known as:crane),and named it the prestressed hollow composite wood structure.The experimental scheme was designed creatively and the prestress was measured successfully by means of modern mechanical testing method.The binding force was determined to be up to 123.4 kN and the maximum prestress up to 107.5 MPa.Furthermore,the measures for improving the bundling process of the hollow composite wood pole were proposed.
