摘要
针对成都轨道交通18号线盾构施工,设计出一种始发托架。采用有限元结构分析软件SAP2000对所设计的托架进行了数值模拟计算,得到托架的轴力图、弯矩图、剪力图和位移图,然后对其结构安全性进行了校核。结果表明:该始发托架的承载能力和安全性能均能满足施工需要。该研究为更好地研究地铁盾构施工始发托架的结构设计提供了有益参考。
Aiming at the shield construction of Chengdu Metro Line 18,a kind of originating bracket is designed.The finite element structural analysis software SAP2000 is used to carry out the numerical simulation calculation of the designed bracket.The axial diagram,bending moment diagram,shear diagram and displacement diagram of the bracket are obtained,and then the structural safety is checked.The results show that the bearing capacity and safety performance of the originating bracket can meet the construction requirements.This study provides a useful reference for better study on the structural design of the originating bracket of metro shield construction.
