Study on Construction Technology of Hanging Basket of Railway Bridge

挂篮施工技术是铁路桥梁建设中的一项重要技术,其关系到铁路的质量和交通运输质量。以成昆铁路沙坝河双线特大桥跨专用公路连续梁施工为例,阐述了在挂篮施工过程中,挂篮的组成、安装及预压等以及悬臂灌注挂篮施工工艺的应用流程,分析了施工特点、要求和施工过程中常见问题及采取的解决措施。

The construction technology of hanging basket is an important technology in railway bridge construction,which is related to the railway quality and transportation quality.Taking the construction of dedicated highway continuous beam of Shaba River Double-Track Great Bridge of Chengdu-Kunming Railway as an example,this paper introduces the composition,installation and preloading of the hanging basket,the application process of the cantilever casting hanging basket construction technology,analyzes the construction characteristics,requirements and common problems in the construction process as well as the solutions that adopt.
