随着信息技术发展和社会环境变化,传统管理模式面临诸多挑战,智慧工程建设正在引领我国水利水电工程建设发展新潮流,双江口水电站利用移动互联网、大数据等技术,开发了智能安全管理APP系统平台,包括安全隐患管理、危险源管理、设备设施管理、防洪度汛管理四个模块,通过该系统将安全管理业务量化、管理信息数据化,实现了安全管理智能化、可视化和集成化,促进全面高效的管控工程安全,有效避免安全事故发生,节省了人力成本,提高了安全工作效率。智能安全管理APP系统平台在双江口水电站的成功应用,产生了明显的经济与安全效益,具有极大的社会应用推广价值。

With the development of information technology and the change of social environment,the traditional management mode faces many challenges.The construction of intelligent engineering is leading the new trend of the construction and development of water conservancy and hydropower projects in China.Shuangjiangkou Hydropower Station has developed an APP system platform of intelligent security management by using mobile internet,big data and other technologies,which including 4 modules,that is,potential safety hazards management,hazard source management,equipment and facility management,flood control management.By applying this system to achieve the safety management business quantify and management information digitalization,realize the intelligent,visual and integrated safety management,promote the comprehensive and efficient management and control of engineering safety,effectively avoid safety accidents,save human costs,and improve the safety work efficiency.The successful application of the APP system platform of intelligent security management in Shuangjiangkou Hydropower Station has produced obvious economic and security benefits,and has great social application and promotion value.
