苏布雷水电站技术供水系统的技术改造

Technical Modification of Technical Water Supply System of Soubre Hydropower Station

阐述了苏布雷水电站技术供水系统的组成、工作原理及设备参数,总结了机组投运后技术供水系统存在的二次冷却水(闭式回路)流量偏小、二次冷却水无法自动补水、膨胀水箱运行不可靠、电动蝶阀电容烧毁、主轴密封主备用水源选择等问题,通过采取一系列改造处理后,技术供水系统安全可靠。所取得的经验可为水电站技术供水的设计及技术改造提供参考。

This paper expounds the composition,working principle and equipment parameters of the technical water supply system of Soubre Hydropower Station,summaries the problems existing in the technical water supply system after the operation of generation units,such as too small flow quantity of the secondary cooling water(closed circuit),the secondary cooling water cannot be supplemented automatically,unreliable of the operation of the expansion water tank,burning of the electric butterfly valve capacitor,the selection of main and standby water sources of the main shaft seal,and so on.After adopting a series of modification,the technical water supply system is safe and reliable.The experience obtained can provide reference for the design and technical modification of technical water supply of hydropower stations.
